Insomniac Games has confirmed Marvel’s Wolverine launches September 15, 2026 — exclusively on PlayStation 5. It’s Sony’s biggest single-player exclusive of the year, and one of the most anticipated superhero games since Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.

Pre-orders: Insomniac has not yet opened pre-orders as of late March 2026, stating they want to show fans more gameplay before doing so. Expect a gameplay reveal in the coming weeks.

The PC Question

With reports circulating that Sony is pulling back from porting single-player PS exclusives to PC, Marvel’s Wolverine’s PC fate is genuinely uncertain. Insomniac’s Spider-Man games eventually made it to PC — but that was under a different Sony strategy. PC players may need to wait a long time, or invest in a PS5.
