What this policy covers

This policy applies to PoGamer.com, our arcade at play.pogamer.com, and communications you send to us through these services. “PoGamer,” “Play On Gamer,” “we,” “our,” and “us” mean the operator of these sites. The information involved depends on the features you use.

When you contact us, submit a form, or subscribe to an available newsletter, we may receive your name, email address, message, subscription preferences, and other information you choose to provide. Where accounts or comments are enabled, we may also receive the account or comment details you submit.

Public contributions

Affiliate links and Amazon Associates

Some links on PoGamer are affiliate links. When you follow one, the retailer or affiliate network may receive referral details, technical information, and tracking identifiers. Cookies or similar technologies may be used to attribute qualifying activity to PoGamer.

We may receive referral reports, such as qualifying purchase or commission information, depending on the program. A qualifying purchase may earn us a commission; clicking a purchase link alone does not guarantee a commission.

Games and services supplied by others
